I graduated with a BFA from Mass Art in 2001. I started there as a painting major and quickly diverged to collaborate with my identical triplet sisters Alicia and Kelly Casilio primarily doing street performance. In 2006 we met Cary Wolinsky, National Geographic photographer and formed artist collective TRIIIBE. We worked intensively for years, creating a body of work that showed in Boston, NYC and Fitchburg, MA. We realized in 2010 TRIIIBE needed a break. “We” the triplets, needed to grow individually. Since then, I have returned to my own art making process and this is where I came back to painting. A process I have always felt a deep connection with. This has been a personal and healing journey for me.
